  I brought several pieces of antique jewelry in here, some to be tested for gold content and others for a minor repair or resizing. Even though they were a 30 minute drive away from me, I chose this place because I needed a ring resized quickly -- when I called, they said they could have it done within a few days and all of the other jewelry stores closer to me had said it would take at least two weeks to be resized. Everyone here was friendly and professional. They tested my gold jewelry for free, and to my surprise, my repair work was done the very next day! I had a ring sized from a 6 to an 8 and a loose stone secured in another ring...both pieces were repaired to perfection and the overall cost was 1/2 of what the other jewelry stores had quoted me for the repair. I'm very happy to have found a place that does quality work at a reasonable price and so quickly too! I can definitely see why they have so many five stars reviews-- they deserve all that and more. Highly recommend!

  My husband received excellent service at the time of purchase. Upon returning the ring... I did not and mostly due to miscommunication. Please note the return policy is 7 days. I now own a ring that even the employee described as “lopsided”. While efforts were made by management to improve my satisfaction... stipulations were imposed. It is an unfortunate situation. If I had been a previously loyal customer I am sure that this scenario would have turned out better but as a new customer with high expectations I left disappointed.
